Plain terms, so everyone knows what to expect.
These apply to every mobile nail care visit. They are short on purpose.
For your safety and Brianna's, a brief health and consent form is signed before every service. Read or print the form. No form, no service.

Travel
No travel fee anywhere in Roswell, NM. Outside Roswell, including the Ruidoso area, a flat $40 per visit.

Group visits
Senior home visits are booked for 10 or more residents so each one gets a full 40-minute appointment. Smaller groups can ask about combining with a nearby community.

Home setup
Brianna brings her own table, tools and sanitation kit. Please have two chairs and good lighting near an outlet ready. If a space is not workable on the day, she will suggest another spot or another date.

Payment
Card or cash at the appointment, per resident. No deposit is required.
- 05
Cancellations
No cancellation or no-show fees at this time. Please give 24 hours notice when you can, so another community can take the day.

Respect and comfort
This is a respectful, comfortable space for both of us. Brianna may pause or end a service if she feels unsafe or uncomfortable.

Sanitation
Clean, disinfected tools, single-use files and buffers, and a fresh disposable liner for every client, per New Mexico Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists standards.

Health conditions
Brianna may modify or decline a service, especially toe care, when a condition presents a safety risk, and may ask you to see a nurse or doctor first.
