For activity directors and care staff

A nail care visit your residents will look forward to.

Brianna Medina is a licensed New Mexico nail and toe technician based in Roswell. She comes to your community, sets up in any quiet room, and gives each resident 40 unhurried minutes of safe, gentle care. This page covers what you need to decide, and it prints as a one-page proposal.

What a visit day looks like

  • Brianna arrives with her table, tools and sanitation kit and sets up where you choose
  • Residents come one at a time, or she goes to a resident's room when that is easier
  • Each appointment runs about 40 minutes, seated, with a soak-less method
  • Staff and family are welcome to sit in
  • She cleans up and leaves the room as she found it

What the home provides

  • Two chairs in a quiet spot
  • Good lighting near an outlet
  • A list of residents for the day and any health notes you can share
  • A signed consent form for each resident (families can sign ahead)

  • Diabetic-friendly option. The Polish-Free Wellness Trim uses no soak and no polish.
  • She can modify or decline. If a foot or nail looks unsafe to work on, Brianna adjusts the service and asks your nurse.
  • Sanitation per New Mexico Board standards. Disinfected implements, single-use files and buffers, one disposable liner per client.
  • Licensed. New Mexico Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists. License shown on request.

  • Payment per resident on the day, card or cash. Families can prepay by arrangement.
  • No deposits and no cancellation fees at this time. Please give 24 hours notice when you can.
